This camp is limited to 15 spots for athletes 6th grade to 12th grade who are looking to push their body and skills. This camp will include Vertimax, Plyometrics, Conditioning, Ball Handling, and Shooting.
*Drop ins are welcome based on Availability*
Please bring a snack, water and running shoes.
Time: 10am - 12pm
